PrymSeal™
Gel seal mini pleat HEPA & ULPA filters featuring state of the art micro glass filter media.
Key Features
Achieves H14 (> 99.995%), and U15 (> 99,9995) to EN1822:2009.
Gel is tacky, dry, odorless, will not run, drip, or evaporate.
Controlled mini pleat technology provides exceptionally high ratio of filter media to filter face area.
Ultra-fine glass fibre media is formed into micro glass paper, the media is moisture resistant and will not promote microbial growth.
Extremely low resistance to air-flow minimizes energy costs.
Full adhesive coated case on all sides and joints eliminates media to frame air bypass.
Controlled hot melt bead spacers prevents pleat to pleat contact ensuring full utilization of filter media.
Robust design yet significantly lighter than comparable metal frames.
Enclosed in anodized extruded aluminum frames.
Available with antimicrobial wet laid micro glass media.
PrymSeal™ filters are assembled, finished, inspected, individually tested and serial numbered by skilled, trained, and experienced craftsmen and systems.
