Micro-CELL™
Standard capacity bank type HEPA filters primarily used in moderate duty applications.
Key Features
Achieves H14 (> 99.995%) to EN1822:2009.
Guaranteed consistent performance throughout the filter's useful life.
High dust holding capacity up to 3 times compared to that of conventional aluminum separated HEPA filters.
Assembled in unmixed, shock resistant polystyrene plastic frames meeting UL 94 and F2 to DIN53438-2 standards.
Mini pleat technology provides exceptionally high ratio of filter media area to filter face area.
Large filter surface area translates into an extremely low air velocity, therefore a minimum overall efficiency of 99.95% and 99.995% is easily achieved.
Extremely low resistance to air-flow minimizes energy costs.
Full adhesive coated case on all sides and joints eliminates media to frame air bypass.
Robust design yet significantly lighter than comparable metal frames.
Controlled hot melt bead spacers prevent pleat to pleat contact ensuring full utilization of filter media area.
Micro glass paper is moisture resistant and will not promote microbial growth.
Available with antimicrobial wet laid micro glass media.
Micro-CELL™ filters are assembled, finished, inspected, individually tested and serial numbered by skilled, trained, and experienced craftsmen and systems.
